This Privacy Policy explains how Nitro Detailing LLC (“Nitro Detailing,” “we,” “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you visit this website, contact us, or book a mobile detailing service. We keep it short and plain. If anything is unclear, text or call us at (863) 464-9289 or email nitrodetailing55@gmail.com.
1. Who is responsible for your information
Nitro Detailing LLC, a Florida limited liability company based in Okeechobee, Florida, is the business responsible for (the “controller” of) your personal information. Contact: nitrodetailing55@gmail.com · (863) 464-9289.
2. Information we collect
- Information you give us: your name, mobile number, email address, vehicle details (year, make, model, size and condition), the service address where your vehicle is parked, your preferred appointment time, photos you send us, and anything you write in a message, form or text.
- Booking and payment information: appointment history, services purchased and payment status. Card, Cash App and Zelle payments are processed by those payment providers. We do not store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically: basic technical data such as device and browser type, pages viewed, how you arrived at our site, approximate location (city level) and IP address. Optional analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you accept them (see Section 8).
- Photos of your vehicle: we may photograph your vehicle before and after service for quality records and to show our work.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your questions and give you a quote.
- To schedule, confirm, reschedule and perform your detailing service at your location.
- To take payment and keep business, tax and accounting records.
- To follow up on your service, handle concerns and make things right.
- To keep our website secure and working, and (only with your consent) to understand how visitors use it and measure our advertising.
- To show examples of our work in our gallery and on social media. We avoid showing license plates and personal items, and will remove any photo of your vehicle if you ask.
4. Legal bases (for visitors in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland)
- Contract: to quote, book and perform the service you ask for.
- Legitimate interests: to reply to inquiries, run and secure our business and website, and show our work, balanced against your rights.
- Consent: for optional analytics and advertising cookies and for automated text messages. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legal obligation: to keep tax and accounting records.
5. Text messages (SMS)
If you text us or give us your mobile number, we will use it to reply to you and to send appointment confirmations, reminders and service updates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of automated texts, or HELP for help. We do not sell, rent or share your mobile number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
6. Who we share information with
We do not sell your personal information. We only share it with service providers that help us run the business, and only as needed:
- Website hosting and form handling (Webflow).
- Online booking, scheduling and card payments (Square), and payment apps you choose to use (Cash App, Zelle).
- Email and phone/text providers we use to talk with you (such as Google).
- Analytics and advertising platforms (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta), only if you accept optional cookies.
- Professional advisers, insurers, or authorities when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or the public.
7. How long we keep it
We keep customer and booking records for as long as needed to serve you and meet tax and accounting requirements (generally up to 7 years). Inquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 24 months. Analytics data, if you consent, is kept for no more than 14 months.
8. Cookies and similar technologies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept optional cookies. Optional cookies stay off unless you click “Accept.” If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a “Decline.”
- Essential (always on): needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice (stored in your browser as “nd_consent”).
- Analytics (optional): Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to count visits and see which pages help people book.
- Advertising (optional): Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to measure and improve our ads.
- Booking tool: when you open our online booking, Square loads its own cookies to run the booking and payment process under its own privacy policy.
- Ad measurement on booking pages: Square's booking pages may load the Meta Pixel to measure bookings that come from our ads. That tracking runs on Square's pages, so it is controlled by Square's cookie settings and Meta's privacy policy, not by the cookie banner on this website.
You can change your choice at any time:
