The simple ground rules for booking a detail with us and using this website.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use this website or book a service with Nitro Detailing LLC (“Nitro Detailing,” “we,” “us”). By booking or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please also read our Privacy Policy.
We provide mobile interior and exterior detailing, add-on services and cosmetic repairs at your location in Okeechobee County, Port St. Lucie and Fort Pierce, Florida. We bring our own water and power. Service descriptions on this website explain what is normally included. We may decline or stop a job if conditions are unsafe or not suitable for the service.
Appointments are confirmed by text, phone or our online booking system. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time to another customer.
Detailing depends on the weather. If rain or severe weather affects your appointment, we will offer to reschedule if availability allows. There is no charge for weather-related rescheduling.
We do a walk-around before starting. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or conditions, including failing or repainted clear coat, rock chips, cracked or loose trim, worn interiors, or parts that are already weak or damaged. Some stains, scratches, odors and oxidation cannot be fully removed. Cosmetic repairs improve appearance but may not make damage invisible. We will tell you what to realistically expect before we start.
We accept cash, card, Cash App and Zelle. Payment is due when the service is complete unless we agree otherwise in writing. Fleet and business accounts may receive separate invoicing terms.
If you are not happy with your detail, tell us as soon as possible (ideally before we leave, or by text right after) and we will make it right. Giving us the chance to fix an issue is the fastest way to resolve it.
Nitro Detailing LLC is fully insured. If you believe we caused damage to your vehicle or property, please tell us within 48 hours of the service with photos so we can review it. To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service, except where damage was caused by our negligence or as otherwise required by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of use or rental costs.
We may photograph your vehicle before and after service and use the photos to show our work on our website and social media. We avoid showing license plates and personal items. If you would prefer we do not use photos of your vehicle, just tell us.
By giving us your mobile number, you agree that we may text you about your quote and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
This website and its content, including our logo, photos and text, belong to Nitro Detailing LLC and may not be copied or used without permission. Prices and information on the site are provided for general guidance and may change. Links to other websites (such as Google, Facebook, Instagram or Square) are provided for convenience and are governed by those sites’ own terms. Reviews shown on this site come from real customers on Google.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located in Okeechobee County, Florida, unless the law requires otherwise. We always prefer to resolve concerns directly first – please contact us.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect when you book applies to that appointment.
